During the 10-month school year, ECP strives to maintain balance in the program by providing equal space for each grade level. Enrollment is open to all Eakin School children. We are an equal opportunity program.

We fill any open spots through our established waiting list. Children are placed on their grade level waitlist and admitted by date of waiting list application.

We give priority to (1) siblings of enrolled students and siblings of children contacted from the wait list for upcoming spots, and (2) children of ECP employees who attend Eakin School.

No fee is charged until the space becomes available.

Beginning school year 2026-2027, our waitlist application policy has changed. Please read this memo before thinking of applying:

For rising students in grades 1 - 5, waitlist applications will remain open year-round.

For incoming Kindergarteners, waitlist applications will open on April 1st.

Your child(ren) may not be placed on our waitlist until the spring prior to their enrollment in Kindergarten at Eakin.
